Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

2026 BTB Camp (June 23-25)

Refunds and Exchanges - Once you make your final selection and purchase or book your program, Between The Bucket Hockey, LLC will not make exchanges or refunds unless a program or event is canceled or postponed, as discussed below in the Refund Policy for Cancelled or Postponed Events. Canceled or Postponed Events - Between The Bucket Hockey, LLC will issue refunds ONLY if a program or event is canceled in its entirety and not rescheduled. If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, refunds will automatically be issued. In such instances, refunds will be generated within one week of cancelation.
